The CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME for all orders is approximately 3 to 5 business days, from time of completed payment, except for the "ready to ship" items & rush orders. All ready to ship items and rush orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days. (The "rush my order" option is available for $15.00 extra (per organizer). This moves your order to the top of my pile of orders and enables your item to ship within 1 to 2 business days.) Please do not order, if you can't wait my current turnaround time.

All of my items are made from 100% cotton canvas. All are individually made by me in Iowa, U.S.A.

As of Jan 1, 2013 I am only open VERY PART TIME, to allow me to keep up with the demand & to ship all items within a reasonable time frame. Thanks in advance for your understanding. All items are created AFTER you order, with the exception of the "Ready To Ship" items. Each one of my creations is individually made to order, by me, in my smoke free home studio (in the U.S.A.). I have a one woman shop. I am the designer, the maker, shipping dept, communications & customer service dept. POCKETS:
The pockets on my inserts are designed for smaller items that often get buried beneath the larger items in your bag. The pockets are not gusseted enough or designed for large, heavy or bulky items. The pockets vary in number & size, depending on the size of organizer ordered. Pockets may not be identical to the pocket sizes pictured in the listing.

** I no longer make size recommendations for bags that I am not familiar with. This is due to the fact that some clients like an organizer to fit loosely, to allow for a more "relaxed" look while others want a snug fit, to give a more "full" appearance. I have found I can't make recommendations to suit every client's needs. Therefore I am going to allow you to choose an insert size that you feel will fit your personal preferences. You will need to take accurate interior bottom measurements (L x W) & then choose an organizer size that is smaller than those INTERIOR dimensions. Exterior dimensions provided on the site where you purchased your bag are not helpful. The ONLY time you will want to order a rectangular insert, is if the bag you are using it in has a definite rectangular shape & maintains that rectangular shape to some point above the top of the organizer. In all other instances, you will want an oval organizer.

IMPORTANT: All items are shipped in a box to maintain shape in shipment. All orders are shipped by USPS first class mail or priority mail (depending on the size of the package) with delivery confirmation and tracking #. I can not be responsible for lost orders that are confirmed as "delivered". If you desire "signature required" or insurance, please contact me before ordering, so I can add the additional cost of this to your shipping charge. If an order is scanned as "DELIVERED", please do not contact me telling me that you didn't receive your item & expect me to replace it for no cost. I will not ship an additional item. I'm sorry, but I can't be responsible for "lost" packages scanned as "delivered". Once the package is delivered to you, I can not be responsible for what happens to it after that point. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

** I do not ship outside of the U.S. I've had too many problems with international orders.

PLEASE NOTE: All provided measurements at taken at the top of the organizer. The wider oval ones will be a little shorter in length on the bottom than at the top. Most wide oval listings include both the top dimensions and the bottom dimensions.

Also Note: The only colors I DO NOT recommend are black or navy. The dark colored organizers make your items much harder to locate at a glance. The lighter or brighter colors really brighten the interior of your bag and make your items easier to find at a moments notice.

RETURN POLICY: PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY (in its entirety) before returning an item for a refund. This will save any misunderstanding later, when I issue the refund (if one is to be issued).

*** An item can be returned for refund (minus 25% restock fee, which helps me recover a portion of my shipping costs, etc.) if you purchase the wrong size, color, shape, etc. The item must be returned in the condition described below. A refund will be issued of the purchase price (minus 25% restock fee & applicable taxes). This fee helps me to cover the hassle on my end, of re-listing returned items, recovering shipping costs, etc. The returned item must be returned to me within 4 days from the time the tracking info states the package was "delivered". The item has to be returned in unused condition with tags. The item was shipped to you in perfect condition & must be returned in perfect condition. If the item has acquired lint, soil, pet hair, smoke scent, etc. while in your possession, do not bother sending it back for a refund, as a refund will NOT be issued. Also, if you need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. All orders are shipped to you in a box & it has to be returned in the box to maintain shape in shipment. If you bend or fold the item & try to stuff it in a smaller package, you will not receive a refund. If you purchased an organizer with the stiff bottom panel & this bottom insert is returned with any creases or damage (due to trying to stuff it in a purse that is too small for it), an additional $8.00 will be deducted from your refund along with the 25% restock fee and applicable taxes. Refund (minus the 25% restock fee & applicable taxes) will be issued after the item is delivered to me in time frame & condition explained above. Your return shipping costs will not be refunded. If you purchased the "Rush my order" option, those charges will NOT be refunded. If a refund is to be issued, the Etsy transaction will be cancelled. There is no refund on custom items. Please do not request a refund on CUSTOM orders. Also, I do not offer exchanges. If you return an item to me (in condition described above), the purchase price (minus 25% restock fee) will be refunded promptly. An exchange will not be offered. I don't offer exchanges, due to book keeping and inventory reasons. Please do not return an item to me using USPS "PARCEL POST". Your item was not shipped to you via parcel post, but by USPS first class or priority mail. Too many items are damaged when shipped by parcel post. If you do return an item via parcel post & it is damaged when it arrives to me, a refund will NOT be issued. Make sure your name & address are clearly visible somewhere on or in the package, so that the refund is issued to the correct account.
